Can WE talk first to see if THIS IS a good fit?

Yes, you can contact me by phone or email. I will provide a complimentary 10-minute phone conversation to evaluate whether I would be an appropriate provider and to discuss fees.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO RETRUN CALLS/EMAILS?

I make every effort to respond to inquiries within one business day, whether via phone or email. Due to concerns about privacy, I use email only to discuss details about scheduling, not private issues regarding your treatment.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

For therapy, my fee is due at the start of each month. For psychological assessment or neuropsychological testing, we will discuss payment on a case-by-case basis. I accept cash and checks.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. I can provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

Fees will be established at the start of treatment. Fees vary depending upon your financial situation and what else may be required in terms of time, materials, etc.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

I ask that patients give ample notice of any absences or changes to our schedule. I do my very best to fill cancellation slots. However, if I am unable to fill the time, I will charge for the appointment.

HOW OFTEN WOULD WE MEET?

Talk therapy can be scheduled depending on the type of treatment. Psychological assessment and neuropsychological testing involves meeting multiple times over many hours.

HOW LONG ARE THERAPY SESSIONS?

Therapy sessions are scheduled for 45 minutes except for the initial intake, which can go longer.
